My Story
From the Plant Floor to the Coaching Room
My leadership journey started on the plant floor Brunswick Bowling & Billiards and was galvanized at GE Aviation, where I spent 16 years growing from Team Coach a into a Production Specialist leading multi-department operations. I learned early that the difference between a good team and a great one isn't equipment or process — it's the quality of leadership at every level.
Over 28+ years across aerospace, pharmaceutical, automotive, and green energy manufacturing environments — including roles at GE Aviation, Pharmavite, SCA Inc., and Hanwha Cimarron — I've built teams from the ground up, scaled operations from start-up to full production, and developed leaders who go on to develop others. I've hired, coached, and mentored hundreds of people across every shift and every level.
MGM Personal Services is the natural next chapter. I founded it to bring the same practical, results-driven approach I used in manufacturing operations into coaching and speaking — helping leaders at every stage develop the self-awareness, communication skills, and team-building instincts that drive real, lasting results.
