My Story
From Individual Contributor to Leadership Developer
I know what it feels like to be promoted into leadership without a roadmap. Early in my career, I had the drive and the vision — but not the tools to bring a team along with me. That gap became my calling.
Over the past decade, I've built MGM Personal Services into a coaching and speaking practice dedicated to one mission: helping people grow into the leaders their teams need them to be. I've worked with more than 500 leaders across industries — from first-time managers to seasoned executives.
My approach blends leadership psychology, team dynamics research, and real-world experience. I don't teach theory — I help you develop the self-awareness, communication skills, and strategic mindset that make great leaders.
